Reporting
Overview
The Reporting section allows advertisers to analyze campaign performance, review delivery trends, and reference monthly billing summaries.
Two primary tabs are available:
- Performance – Detailed campaign performance and analytics
- Invoices – Monthly billing summaries for reference
Performance Tab
The Performance tab provides a configurable view of campaign performance across campaigns, campaign lines, creatives, and device categories.
Report Controls
At the top of the page are report controls that determine the scope of the data displayed.
Available controls include:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Advertiser Company (visible if the user has access to multiple companies)
- Device / Proxy
If the user has access to only one company, the advertiser filter defaults automatically to that company.
These controls determine the dataset used across all tables and graphs on the page.
Controls can be expanded or collapsed as needed.
Performance Filters
Directly below the report controls are three filtering panels that allow users to quickly narrow the report scope.
Filtering selections apply across the entire report.
Top Campaigns
Displays campaigns ranked by cost.
Columns include:
- Campaign ID
- Campaign Name
- Cost
Selecting a campaign filters all reporting data to that campaign.
Top Campaign Lines
Displays campaign lines ranked by cost.
Columns include:
- Line ID
- Line Name
- Cost
Selecting a campaign line filters the report to that specific line.
Editing Campaign Lines from ReportingFrom the Top Campaign Lines panel:
Right-clicking a campaign line ID exposes an Edit Campaign Line option.
Selecting Edit opens the campaign line configuration panel, allowing users to update line settings directly from the reporting interface.
Top Creatives
Displays creatives ranked by cost.
Columns include:
- Creative ID
- Creative Image
- Cost
Selecting a creative filters all report data to that creative.
Editing Creatives from ReportingFrom the Top Creatives panel:
Right-clicking a creative ID exposes an Edit Creative option.
Selecting Edit opens the creative configuration panel where users can enable or disable the creative.
Performance Table
Below the filtering panels is the main performance table.
The default view displays performance by date.
All reporting times are shown in UTC.
The date range shown corresponds to the selected report controls.
Performance By
A Performance By dropdown above the table allows users to change the table’s grouping dimension.
Available options include:
- Date (default)
- Campaign
- Campaign Line
- Creative
- Device / Proxy
- Hour of Day
Changing this selection updates the data displayed in the Performance table.
Time Aggregation
When viewing performance grouped by Date, left clicking the Date column header allows users to adjust the time aggregation.
Options include:
- Year
- Quarter
- Month
- Week
- Day (default)
- Hour
Hourly aggregation is particularly useful for analyzing dayparting performance.
Although additional options may appear in the interface, hourly is currently the most granular supported view.
Performance Graphs
Below the table are three performance graphs that visualize trends over the selected time range.
Each graph supports grouping by:
- Campaign
- Campaign Line
- Creative
- Device / Proxy
- No grouping (default)
Spend Performance
Default view: Cost over Time
Available metrics (in the dropdown above the graph):
- Clicks
- Conversions
- Cost
- Impressions
- Revenue
Engagement Performance
Default view: CTR over Time
Available metrics(in the dropdown above the graph):
- CTR
- CVR
Efficiency Metrics
Default view: CPC over Time
Available metrics(in the dropdown above the graph):
- CPC
- CPA
- CPM
- ROAS
Panel Controls
Many report panels include additional controls that appear when hovering over the panel.
These controls allow users to further customize the report.
Available options may include:
- Customize panel – Opens configuration options for that visualization
- Maximize view – Expands the panel for easier inspection
- Sort visual
- Export data – Export the panel’s data as CSV or Excel
The customization panel can be closed by pressing Escape on your keyboard.
Table Interactions
Data tables throughout the reporting interface support additional interactions.
Pagination
Tables may include controls to:
- Increase the number of rows displayed
- Navigate between result pages
Column Controls
Left clicking column headers may expose additional sorting and configuration options.
Sharing Reports
At the top-right of the reporting interface are additional controls that allow users to:
- Enter full-screen reporting mode
- Generate a shareable report URL
The shared URL preserves the current report configuration.
Important: Anyone with access to the shared URL can view and interact with the report data. Share links carefully.
Data Freshness
Reporting data includes the current day and is refreshed hourly.
Invoices Tab
The Invoices tab provides a monthly summary of campaign billing activity.
Invoice Controls
At the top of the page is a company selector.
Users with access to multiple companies can switch between companies.
If only one company is available, it is selected automatically.
Invoice Table
The invoice table provides a monthly summary of activity.
Columns include:
- Month
- Impressions
- Clicks
- Cost
All timestamps are displayed in UTC.
Values displayed in the portal are indicative only. Advertisers should refer to official invoices for final billing amounts.
